When you purchase Turkish bath tickets, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your spot by making a deposit payment ranging from 10% to 30%. This initial deposit will ensure that you have reserved your place for an unforgettable experience at the Turkish Baths.

Non Refundable Tickets

Please note that all hamam tickets are non-refundable. For example, with an advance ticket, you can change the date and time of your booking up until the current time, but if you miss the booking, you cannot obtain a refund.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment one or two times, as long as you do so at least two weeks in advance. The ability to reschedule depends on the availability of the hamam. Please send us an email with your booking number. If the bath is available, we will help you reschedule your appointment. If the hamam is not available at your desired date and time, we will suggest the next nearest available options.
