Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
Cancellation or modification policy: the reservation can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the reserved date, otherwise the entire amount will be lost.
Send us an email for your refund request. We will send you an email saying we received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
