Booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam folder.

Booking summary

Log in to your Turkish Baths account on our website or app to view your booking summary, which will include your booking confirmation.

48 hour confirmation

Most bookings have instant confirmation. However, for some bookings, the local partner will send a final confirmation within 48 hours of purchase.

Printed and mobile vouchers

The majority of things to do on TurkishBaths accept both mobile and printed vouchers. However, we recommend checking the ‘About this activity’ section for confirmation.

If you’ve already made a purchase, you can double-check the ticket type on your booking confirmation.

Printed voucher

If you’ve checked the sections mentioned above and mobile vouchers aren’t accepted, you’ll have to print the vouchers.

Mobile voucher

The easiest way to use mobile vouchers is to download our app. You can access your vouchers even when you’re offline. You’ll also have access to a whole host of in-destination features like booking updates and nearby recommendations.

Meeting point and pickup

Meeting point and pickup

You will be asked to provide your accommodation details at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, our local partner will contact you with detailed information regarding your pickup.

If you weren’t able to provide a pickup address at the time of booking, the fastest way to schedule a pickup is to contact the local partner directly. You can find their contact details on the voucher.

We can also contact our local partner for you, but please keep in mind that this will take longer.

Before purchase

You can find the pickup information on the activity’s page under the “About this activity” section.

Already purchased

The location details for your pickup can be found on the voucher in the “Pickup information” section

If anything is unclear, contacting our local partner is the fastest way to get an answer. You can find their contact information on your voucher.

Where can I find my activity's meeting point information?

Before purchase

You can find the meeting point information on the activity’s page under the “Prepare for the activity” section. Meeting Point information

Already purchased

The location of the meeting point is described on the voucher in the “Meeting point” section.

Payment and refunds

Paying with a gift certificate

After selecting ‘Add to Cart,’ you’ll start the checkout process. Underneath your chosen experience, you’ll find a line of text asking: “Do you have a Turkish Baths gift code to redeem?”

Select this option and add your 12-digit code.

Refund information

Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.

Please contact us via the contact us if you have any questions regarding refunds.

Payment problems

Please double check that you’ve entered your details correctly and try again.

If your purchase still can’t be completed, please try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Pay on arrival

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The payment process must be completed on either our website or app.


Cancellation deadline

Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
Cancellation or modification policy: the reservation can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the reserved date, otherwise the entire amount will be lost.

Cancel booking

You can instantly cancel by adding your booking number to the contact us form. You can find your booking number in your account.

Please note that not all bookings can be canceled. See your voucher for more information.

Cancellation confirmation

We’ll confirm your cancellation via email. Please check your spam folder and booking status if you don’t receive instant confirmation.

Your cancellation can also be viewed in the app by tapping on “History” in the top right corner of the “Bookings” screen.
