Refund Policy

When you purchase Turkish bath tickets, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your spot by making a deposit payment ranging from 10% to 30%. This initial deposit will ensure that you have reserved your place for an unforgettable experience at the Turkish Baths.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Please note that all deposit-based hammam tickets are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If the hammam is fully booked, we will notify you via email. In such cases, you may need to consider an alternative date and time.

With an advance booking, you’re free to reschedule your reservation (date and time) up to one week in advance. However, if you miss your booking entirely, a refund cannot be issued.

Your payment will only be refunded if your reservation is not confirmed.
If, for any reason, we are unable to confirm your reservation, the amount you paid will be refunded to your card. Please note that the Stripe/PayPal processing fee will be deducted and is non-refundable.*

Full amount tickets
If you have made a reservation by paying the full amount, cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Please note that the Stripe/PayPal processing fee will be deducted and is non-refundable. *

How can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment one or two times, as long as you do so at least one week in advance. The ability to reschedule depends on the availability of the hamam. Please send us an email with your booking number. If the bath is available, we will help you reschedule your appointment. If the hamam is not available at your desired date and time, we will suggest the next nearest available options.
