Lost booking confirmation
Booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam folder.
Booking summary
Log in to your Turkish Baths account on our website or app to view your booking summary, which will include your booking confirmation.
48 hour confirmation
Most bookings have instant confirmation. However, for some bookings, the local partner will send a final confirmation within 48 hours of purchase.
Printed and mobile vouchers
The majority of things to do on TurkishBaths accept both mobile and printed vouchers. However, we recommend checking the ‘About this activity’ section for confirmation.
If you’ve already made a purchase, you can double-check the ticket type on your booking confirmation.
Printed voucher
If you’ve checked the sections mentioned above and mobile vouchers aren’t accepted, you’ll have to print the vouchers.
Mobile voucher
The easiest way to use mobile vouchers is to download our app. You can access your vouchers even when you’re offline. You’ll also have access to a whole host of in-destination features like booking updates and nearby recommendations.
Where can I find my activity’s pickup information?
Before purchase
You can find the pickup information on the activity’s page under the “About this activity” section if available.
Pickup
If the SPA or Hamam offers pick-up, you will be asked to provide your accommodation details when booking. Once your booking is confirmed, our local partner will contact you with detailed information about your pick-up.
If you were unable to provide a pick-up address when booking, the quickest way to arrange pick-up is to contact the local SPA / Hamam partner directly. You can find their contact details on your voucher.
We can also contact our local partner for you, but please note that this will take longer.
Payment and refunds
Paying with a gift certificate
After selecting ‘Add to Cart,’ you’ll start the checkout process. Underneath your chosen experience, you’ll find a line of text asking: “Do you have a Turkish Baths gift code to redeem?”
Select this option and add your 12-digit code.
Refund information
Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.
Please contact us via the contact us if you have any questions regarding refunds.
Payment problems
Please double-check that you’ve entered your details correctly and try again.
If your purchase still can’t be completed, please try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Pay on arrival
It is not possible to pay on arrival. The payment process must be completed on either our website or app.
Cancellation
Please note that all deposit hamam tickets are non-refundable.
If you have made a reservation by paying the full amount, Cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Cancellation or modification policy:
You can reschedule your appointment one or two times, as long as you do so at least two weeks in advance. The ability to reschedule depends on the availability of the hamam. Please send us an email with your booking number. If the bath is available, we will help you reschedule your appointment. If the hamam is not available at your desired date and time, we will suggest the next available option. Otherwise, the entire amount will be lost.
Cancel booking
You can instantly cancel by adding your booking number to the contact us form. You can find your booking number in your account.
Please note that not all bookings can be cancelled. See your voucher for more information.
Cancellation confirmation
We’ll confirm your cancellation via email. Please check your spam folder and booking status if you don’t receive instant confirmation.
Your cancellation can also be viewed in the app by tapping on “History” in the top right corner of the “Bookings” screen.
